Do you travel for weddings + shoots?

Yes! For sessions more than 40 miles from Boston, we will discuss the travel and accommodations fees and plans together. It may require lodging to be arranged, and other times it may require a flat travel fee. These specific details will be discussed when I send you a proposal for the scope of work.

What is your turnaround time for photo delivery?

For weddings, you can expect to receive your gallery within 8 weeks from your wedding date. I also send a teaser batch the day after the wedding - around 7-15 photos in total, either texted or emailed directly to you. For other sessions, you can expect to receive your gallery within 3 weeks of the date. If that had to change for any reason, I will notify you immediately.

What is your philosophy regarding photography?

A great photo can be a gift you pass down for generations to come. I believe in capturing real, raw moments and allowing the natural course of the environment around you play a part in the scene. I don’t feel comfortable in front of a camera. What do I do?

You are not alone! More often than not, my clients tell me this. Half of my job is eliminating this concern entirely, with a number of tactics: One, helping you prepare for the day from what to wear to how to pose; Two, getting to know you ahead of time so when we are ready to shoot you feel comfortable with me already; and Three, making this a FUN activity for you and whomever else is in front of the camera with you! My promise to you is I will ensure you have a good time.

Can we have the unedited RAW images from our session?

I return only the selected batch of professionally edited files to my clients. I am typically generous in the quantity of edited photos I deliver, and I ask that my clients trust my culling process when putting together their photo galleries. If you’re not receiving a certain photo back, there is a reason for it; ultimately it does not meet my photography standard.
